At Professional Plating, quality is our main goal. We take pride in providing high quality finishes to our customers. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company that focuses on continuous improvement of our processes and customer satisfaction. To do that we have set up extensive process controls and equipment to make sure the finishes we apply are up to industry and our customer standards. Controls we have in place to maintain our production lines include: Temperature controllers, pH controllers, automatic chemical feed controllers, data recorders, SPC charting, and chemical testing of process baths. |

Additionally, we do extensive testing on the finished product which includes: Thickness, adhesion, hardness, flexibility, salt spray, gloss, etc. We also have a digital microscope with camera for analysis of finished surfaces. Testing Performed at Professional Plating
