Professional Plating Inc. Plans $4 MILLION Plant Expansion and Equipment Installation in Brillion

Expansion to enhance and continue to add value for existing and growing customer base.
Brillion, Wi. – Professional Plating Inc., a leader in the Midwest powder coating, e-coating and zinc plating markets, today announced that the company will be making new investments totaling up to $7.0 million over a five year period. The initial stages of this being for a new investment in its Brillion facility totaling $4.0 million in 2008.
The first phases are inclusive of 65,250 square feet of new production space and new equipment. Both of these additions are directed at continuing to keep Professional Plating in the position of being the “Easiest To Do Business With”. The new expansion is projected to add 32 jobs over the next three years.
General Manager Larry Dietz noted that Professional Plating has seen an increase in sales of over 50% in the last five years. “Professional Plating has seen significant growth over the past several years, and expanding our facility and offerings will help position our company for even greater success in the future,” Dietz said. “In addition to increasing our capabilities, the expansion will allow us to reconfigure manufacturing operations to improve flow and enhance our efficiency. The decision to continue to grow was an easy one. ”Dietz related that the 130 team members at Professional Plating have committed to continuing to Meet and Exceed Customer Expectations. He added, “The challenge of taking on a new piece of history for Professional Plating is a very exciting task”.

Professional Plating was founded in 1979. The current plant square footage of 85,000 square feet was reached in 2001 when the company invested $1.5 million in a new wastewater treatment system.
