We perform salt spray testing, thickness, hardness, adhesion, and impact testing, mandrel bend, with digital microscope analysis of finished surfaces. Quality checks are built into the production line itself, not added as a separate step, which is how we maintain dozens of major manufacturer OEM approvals.

Multi-process jobs, such as a part that needs blasting, an e-coat primer, and a powder coat topcoat, can move through our facility without leaving to be processed elsewhere and subsequently returned.
